Everyone loves sausages don’t they? Well don’t they? But perhaps we’re guilty of taking them for granted…
I know if I’m ever reeling off all my favourite foods, rattling on as I do about last suppers, and comfort grub, and dream dishes – the ubiquitous banger never features. Not a single thought or fleeting mention. But actually on reflection that’s really quite unfair. I mean no they’re not going to rock my world, but I wouldn’t want to be without them.
